These crystals were chosen for their assistance with anxiety relief. You can add your own tower, tumbles etc to enhance the grid as required.

In this crystal gridding kit we have carefully chosen a selection of crystals to manifest your intentions, in this case, to promote CALM and relieve ANXIETY. Crystal grids are a super-powerful energy tool to use when trying to calm down, relieve anxiety or stress. Mindful meditation like gridding can help you feel more connected to yourself when your anxiety makes you feel disconnected.

Please note as this is a natural stone each one differs slightly in colour, size and texture. Please note Selenite has natural cracks and lines within the stone, these are not faults but part of the stones beauty. 

To cleanse your crystals, gently place them on a selenite plate for at least 6 hours. Selenite absorbs and releases old, outworn and negative, unwanted energy from your stones. Do not wash or get your selenite plate wet! Though it appears sturdy and heavy in your hands, when wet-it will dissolve. These are also delicate, do not drop, they will break.
