Agate is a very fine grained form of Quartz. Formed by the cooling of volcanic lava, the Agate stone is then sliced in half and Artisans polish each one by hand, leaving the stony edge untouched. Agate quartz is known for it’s strength and balancing qualities, so is a great stone to have within your home or to give as a gift. Some have a polished clear quartz centre.

PLEASE NOTE NATURAL CRYSTALS / ROCK HAVE CHIPS, CRACKS AND OTHER IMPERFECTIONS. Very small amount of superficial chipping.
