To qualify for free shipping your items must fit into an A3 size box that weighs under 3kg including bubble wrap etc to protect your goods. (That's actually a lot of things in our store. So get shopping and enjoy the free shipping - YAY!)

Please note before selecting this option that this service is only available Wednesdays 10am to 5pm or Saturdays 10am to 12noon. You must confirm the time you will pick up and then we will supply the address in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast QLD. If you do not turn up at specified time you will forfeit the FREE option and must pay for shipping.
Our warehouse packs and ships orders Tuesday to Thursday. Your order will leave our warehouse in 1-5 biz days (within 24hrs M-F for express).
We can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address for small items. Large items to Street Address only (rural areas may cost extra for larger items).
Preorder / custom made items ordered with in stock items will ship as one when all items are ready. If you require your other items earlier, please place two separate orders.
Framed bugs and butterflies may take a few days to prepare before shipping. Please allow for a few extra days. Contact us if you need urgently and we can help.
Nail polish, flammable items and some consumable items cannot be shipped internationally. Please note that if your order contains dangerous goods (eg nail polish) your order will default to Australia Post road eParcel.
Freight charges are calculated depending on the style, size and weight of items ordered and the delivery destination.
We will not ship breakables in the non breakables shipping option as we don’t want items being damaged in an unprotected satchel. Please ensure you select the best option for the goods you are purchasing. Breakables shipping option includes bubble wrap / padding / protection for your breakable goods and therefore costs extra. We will email you if you select the wrong shipping type for your order with details on how to pay the extra. Your order will remain in the warehouse until this is paid. If we do ship the order as we get no response, your choice makes you liable for any damages caused in shipping, items will not be refunded or replaced.
This service is for greeting cards only. It is just a paper envelope and stamp. It has NO tracking and therefore is at your own risk. We DO NOT recommend this option. We cannot guarantee arrival or be held responsible if your order does not arrive. Please consider this if choosing this option.
We use a combination of Australia Post / Fast way to ship items to you as we have found these couriers to be the most reliable and cost effective for our customers. Once parcels have left our shop/warehouse via the courier, they are then the property of Australia Post / Fastway. Six things is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping details and boxes are kept in case further investigation is required.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to SIX things as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Freight companies will obtain signature if premises is attended, otherwise you give the freight company authority to leave goods unattended at shipping address. For other arrangements please contact us.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information. International shipping DOES NOT include insurance and some places do not allow tracking outside Australia. We are sorry if your items are damaged or lost by the posty but we CANNOT refund or replace international orders. GST becomes a service fee for international orders.
